At Quobrynnphogrynz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of stationery and art supplies. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged
• Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Return Process

Step 2: Package Your Return

Please package your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the original receipt or order confirmation and the return authorization number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items or items sent in error.
